PUT IT OUT THERE! Tell the world about what you are doing every day to transform your body, and let your fans keep you accountable! This was the most effective strategy that kept me as close to perfect on my exercise and diet program when I performed my own 28 day transformation. I blogged about every day of my transformation, my diet and exercise, the grade I gave myself for each, and that kept me FOCUSSED and MOTIVATED, because I felt that I had too much to lose knowing that everyone out there was watching me to see if I would fail.
I’m signed up for your 2 week trial in Sept and while I am excited about the possiblilities, I afraid that I won’t be able to keep up. I haven’t worked out hard in ten years. What can I do between now and Sept. to prepare so I won’t pass out!
Kim! I’m so glad you posted this, because this is a fear that a lot of my Express Results Boot Camp members in Los Alamitos once shared. I’ve designed the workouts so that you can easily adjust the difficulty and intensity to your perfect level, without sacrificing results, and without passing out.
Now, let me warn you. The workouts are INSANELY FUN. When you’re having so much fun, it’s easy to get distracted from how hard you are actually working.

Totally exactly how I’m feeling right now.. can’t say thank you enough. I hope you saw my post from earlier this morning… If not, here are my 1 month results:
-10.5 lbs, -5 inches off waist and hips and over 3 inches on both thighs. not to mention wearing two sizes smaller now…
Love the new music too… stoked you picked 4 Minutes to use… one of my fav Madonna songs…such a great song!!

There was a seismic shift this morning…after our call last night, and my decision to go for it and create my Dream Body.
Wow…I haven’t even started yet, and my life is kicking it to another level!
I remember watching you a year ago at the gym I worked out at. Me doing my mediocre workout…you guiding people in another zone.
I didn’t get how that chance meeting would lead me to this decision…until now.
2 months ago, I looked in the mirror and said to myself “My God…what happened?”
I had gained 20 lbs over 8 months…and all of it fat!
I slept too much. I ate too much. I ate a lot of crap, to be honest. My Food Jones was out of control.
And I worked out maybe once a week…and pretty lame at that.
Now, I spend part of my life helping people move in the direction of their dreams, goals, and passions…SO YOU’D THINK I’D KNOW HOW TO KEEP MYSELF IN THE ZONE, HUH?.
Nope. It looked pretty bleak.
When I looked in that mirror 2 months ago, I made the decision…”This will not stand…”.
I’ve loss 15 lbs. I’ve replaced some fat with muscle.
I’ve got up almost every morning at 6, and pushed my body…and my mind.
Good start…but not enough.
I believe things happen for a reason. Call it the Universal connection between us all…call it whatever you like. But when you called, I knew it was time to take it to the next level.
I am SO excited about your program.
I’ve already created my Dream Body: Roger Federer. I’m a tennis player since 11 years old, and I have a MAJOR JONES to get back in to competition. Roger is THE MAN. He’s got the build and the mental game it takes to be on top YEAR AFTER YEAR. So….there’s your picture, man!

August 2008 I started working away from home in the city of Chicago. I had never experienced so many different types of food (or the 24hr places that make Gyros!)
I went from 30 waist, to barely fitting 34s. I went from 180 to 225 pounds! My lack of discipline has left me with a gut and lovehandles! No suprise I’m single again, I need to get in shape!
