I miss the warm mornings so much. It’s been really cold lately, especially when I’m setting up all the equipment in the gymnastics center.
There were a few times where I was literally shivering until the warm-up. I could see my breath, it was so cold.
Then, one morning, as I was setting up, out of nowhere, Ava, from Fuzzieworld busts out this purple people eater of a blanket. OMG! You have NO IDEA how soft and warm it was.
I just wanted to give my appreciation and thanks to a special client who helped me out when I was FREEZING cold.
“BTW, who carries a blanket with them everywhere they go?” I said to myself.
Well, it turns out Ava actually makes these blankets.

I was asked this morning by one of my boot campers, “how do you keep your energy so high?”
Have you noticed that I’m always completely AMPED every single morning that I come in, despite being up from 4:40am, before the sun even comes up?
You would think that I probably get home and start relaxing with my family by 4-5pm, in bed by 8pm every night so I can get my 8 hours of sleep, wake up at 4:40am, have some coffee, and show up to boot camp charged, right?
The truth is I don’t drink any caffeine, take any weird supplements, or stimulants. The only liquids I consume are water and milk. My usual morning breakfast consists of some form of protein with a few cups of raw vegetables.
I’m up by 4:40am every morning, check some emails, then I’m out the door with at least 30 tasks that I must complete. When I get home by 7pm, I go straight up to my office, woof my dinner down, while on my computer, and work straight on through until I force myself to go to sleep at around 10:15pm – 10:30pm every night. That’s right, I don’t even get to see my family until the weekends.
My secret to keeping my energy so high is YOU.
I seriously can’t wait to get to boot camp in the mornings, just because I know that I get to give you the best workout I possibly can. I put my heart and soul into the design and execution of every single boot camp session that I give so that I might be able to inspire just enough motivation to enhance your life and achieve your goals.
When you show up in the morning, I know it’s because you are coming to better yourself and enhance your life. I know, because you show up, you are putting your trust in me and my program as the solution to that. That means the world to me, and it makes my heart swell every morning to know that and see you in person.
I can’t express this enough … THANK YOU for allowing me the opportunity to help you. THANK YOU for the energy you give to me in the morning. THANK you for allowing me to inspire and motivate you. THANK YOU for allowing me to share my knowledge with you. Your confidence and trust in me is what keeps me bouncing off walls every day.

Here’s a link to the L-Glutamine that I personally use. I used to work for this company. Definitely the least expensive pharmaceutical grade stuff that I know of.
In a nutshell, L-Glutamine protects your muscles from the negative effects of dieting and working out a lot – getting you faster results, more tone, more fat loss, and better workouts.
